Cecilia Padilla is an internationally known expert in the construction industry. Under the leadership of Mrs. Padilla, On Center Software introduced Digital Production Control™ patented labour control technology, increased customer support accessibility, and launched On Center University to better educate and train customers and partners. She serves on the firm’s executive Vision Team, a think tank for the future of construction automation.

Mrs. Padilla is a respected estimator and project manager in the drywall industry. Like many professionals in construction, she is a second generation construction professional. Mrs. Padilla’s expertise spans 25 years in drywall, light- and heavy-gauge framing, lath and plaster, EIFS, fireproofing-themed facades, and acoustical ceilings. Prior to joining On Center Software in 2008, she worked for Marek Brothers Systems in Houston, Texas (where she was a power user of On Center Software solutions) and for Raymond Interior Systems in both Las Vegas, Nevada and Orange County, California.

Mrs Padilla's passion for the industry is best observed during her numerous speaking engagements around the world. Mrs. Padilla speaks with owners, architects, general contractors, estimators and project managers in the industry to understand their challenges and issues. Welcome our new President Angela Mansell

At the FPDC Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 7 February 2012 Angela Mansell (Operations Director, Mansell Finishes Ltd) was elected as the new (and first female) President of FPDC.

Angela has been involved with the FPDC for six years; before her election as President she was Vice-President.

Standing down after two years at the helm as FPDC President was Gavin Colclough of Horbury Building Systems.
Paul Jessop, FPDC CEO says “Gavin’s dedication to the role over the two years was greatly appreciated. His meticulous approach to resolving CITB issues unearthed crucial points on which the on-going strategy is based”.

In her first speech as the newly-elected President, Angela said that although it is a difficult time for the industry she is full of enthusiasm for the future and FPDC.
Angela encouraged the members to get more involved with the Federation and to get their voices heard, saying that our voice is heard louder when everyone speaks together.

On Center Workshop held in London on Wednesday 8 February 2012

Cecilia Padilla, President of On Center Software, hosted a sell-out workshop in London for FPDC members giving all of the latest tricks and tips for how to use On Center takeoff and bidding software.

The workshop covered Advanced On-Screen Takeoff® Users Tips & Tricks, discussion about the Quick Bid Database for the UK, an overview of Digital Production Control™, and an informative Q & A Session at the end of the workshop.

Cecilia Padilla is an internationally known expert in the industry and brings over 25 years of experience in estimating and project management for commercial drywall and plastering projects.
