Following changes to the HMRC's Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) a requirement to verifiy the status of operatives FPDC has produced a model Contract for Services in partnership with lawyers Wedlake Bell. When using the contract it is important that you satisfy yourself as to the status of the operative considering the options of directly employed, worker, and labour only sub contractor.
